Adult Barre
Service Description
Grab onto a barre and get a dancer's body with this leg and booty workout. Class starts with a 20 minute floor stretch to really loosen the body using yoga, pilates for core, and classic stretches, followed by a 40 minute barre workout that will have your legs toned and fit for summer. You'll get simple barre instructions on positions and routines set to contemporary tunes. No ballet experience needed. Workout attire is all you need. Ballet flats are encouraged but not necessary.

You will be fully refunded if you cancel with 24 hours notice. No refunds will be offered if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show to your scheduled session.
