Rest and Reflect- Yin Yoga Flow
Service Description
Join us on the mat for a deeply restorative experience designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. In a world that often moves too fast, this is your invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and embrace the healing power of stillness. Yin yoga is a practice of stillness. Yin yoga is a passive practice where poses are held on average 3-5 minutes. These longer meditative holds allow you to stretch the deep connective tissues of the body, with moments of rest and recovery added. This floor-based yoga practice offers physical and mental balance through stretch and release. Come in with an open mind, heart, and ability to tap into your body's needs. We recommend bringing props to this class if you have them available. If not, the studio has some community props available. Recommended: 1 bolster or 1 thick pillow and a blanket.
